Just two days after the wedding, Kris Humphries is not wearing his ring

Kim Kardashian's new hubby, Basketball player Kris Humphries was photographed out and about two days ago without his wedding ring, just two days after marrying Kim.

Trust some people, they're making a big deal out of it, saying the young marriage is already troubled. But does it really matter? Does he have an excuse for not wearing his ring just two days after getting married? Would you tolerate that from your new husband?

  5. It doesnt matter I guess...its the wives that will rather 'die' than not to wear their rings.....

Kris and Kim wont last though...if this time next year, they are still together...I will be surprised o....

But on a lighter note, linda are you seeing the size of those fingers!! i'm sure one of kim's snug belts will fit as a ring. lol

  7. dont care if my husband wears his ring. i sha know we are married. we have pics, we sleep together, so wearing a ring doesn't make my marriage more real or realer....

  8. My husband doesn't wear his wedding band all the time. Doesn't mean he loves me less; so people should stop raising eyebrows for unnecessary issues.

  9. My Hubby and I had 9 years of relationship not even a fight that lasted for 2 days..it was that straight and we finally got married 2007, guess what? we dont wear our rings..both of us dont just seem to like it..and we have never discussed it. People were initially troubled but, they have adjusted. Wedding Band is nothing.

  12. the ring might have been 'photoshoped', so the public would buy the mag...anything goes in hollywood.

  13. Not all men wear their wedding rings..that don't mean a thing..the ring is just a symbol...there are men who wear their wedding rings and their marriage is the definition of trouble. So ring or not..that doesn't define a marriage...

  18. On one hand it does matter because they exchanged rings as part of their marriage vows. On another hand it really does not matter because the whole world knows he is married to Kim, plus i think they do these things for Press and Publicity. It's really their choice!!

  19. Funny enough, it's the other way round for me. I have been married for 5 years now. Never seen my husband take off his ring only when in the shower. Yours beloved however (moi) don't really enjoying wearing it all the time, especially in the house and i have gone out of the house several times forgetting to put it on.
It has never bothered any of us. We both know we are maried and loyal to each other.

  21. what is the big deal? not everbody wears jewelry. my aunt and her husband have been married for 5 years and neither of them wear their bands all the time, and their marriage is as solid as a rock. wearing a wedding band is to show ur married, and as these ones got married infront of the whole world, i dont think either of them's marital status is in doubt.

  22. Abeg u guys should chill jor,dis is d type of thing pple will clear their sorry eyes to see. Is he d first man to do dat, some pple have a phobia for rings, especially men, most wives can attest to dat.Plus some men put on their bands 2.4.7 and still do s*#t with the same finger.Pple puhleaseee

As for me i won't force my hubby to wear his 'cos its not the band that will make the marriage, its the individuals.

  23. the dude is a basket ball player and can't wear his ring to play, might he have been coming back from a practice game even if it's just shooting hoops with his boys? they are not supposedly going on a honeymoon until next year anyway because her schedule is hectic (didn't she know she was getting married to know to postpone some of those plans), personally, i give them all of 1yr.

a ring is an outter symbolization of what is supposed to be in your heart, if it ain't in your heart, i don't care how much the ring cost, you are not in a good marriage. my husband only takes his ring off when he's washing dishes or taking a shower but outside of that, it's on. Even though I prefer for him to wear it, if he decided not to tomorrow, i wouldn't mind because i know how my husband feels about me in his heart. His father doesn't wear his ring and his parents have been together for 50 years. Different strokes for different folks. it's the heart that counts not the ring.

  30. Wearing your wedding band is essential. Marriage is such a special and sacred vow.

  31. What if the man does not like jewelery? Women love jewelery and being married is just another reason to wear a ring all the time. For many men, wearing their watches is as far as they go.

Wearing a ring is not compulsory. These days a man wearing a ring is no deterrent to extra-marital affairs. So why the fuss? If my husband chooses not the wear his ring, its all well and good.

  34. Funny enough,,,my husband cant do without his ring on (except he's in the shower or helping out with dish washing in the kitchen) and we have been married for almost three years now,,,and I on the other hand have not been wearing mine regularly,,,he just wont bother himself about dat.....i think marriage is an individual thing not based on rings or whatever.....a lot of married men still chase ladies even with their rings on,,,so it doesnt really matter,,,

  35. Haba, Alicia maybe the people in Naija and other places that don't live in the States and read this blog might want to read the US celeb gist! I think it is nice that Linda mixes up the gist, 90% of which is Naija gist.
