The website servers were at breaking point, twitter was all ablaze as thousands of people headed to the Meet the Adebanjo’s website to watch the debut episode on Sunday. The buzz had been building for a month since the first trailer (gathering over 50k hits) was release with people not sure of what to expect. One camp of people were excited and happy that finally a sitcom from the Diaspora was finally being released. Another camp were a bit more skeptical and wanted to see a bit more before being fully convinced. This level of interest from all over the world lead to over 75K combined views of the trailers of the show.
The London Premiere last Wednesday was where the cast and crew were paraded in front of the UK media and the first episode was shown to the press for the 1st time. The reaction was very positive with Elizabeth Peers from The Voice Newspaper saying “ Meet the Adebanjos gets it right, because it is has that PG feel good factor and, crucially, is something its audience will be able to relate to. All the British Nigerian idiosyncrasies are spot on.”
So now people have a chance to see what the hype is about by going to the www.meettheadebanjos.com website and seeing the episode for themselves. And below is an exclusive sneak preview with a scene from the first episode which is about Mr and Mrs Adebanjo’s Anniversary.

so many negative people in this world. Why cant we just be supportive? Do not despise the days of humble beginnings. You haters should sit there and be hating. Very soon, the Adebanjo's will be making millions IJN and lets see where your ugly faces will be.
