  3. Just wondering how the cameraman is using the lens he is using for a close up modelling shoot?

Methinks a 17-35 is what works best for this not a long range zoom.

  5. hahahahhaha. Fiona AMuzie , oyinbo repete. See what theyve "gort".hehehehehe. Everybody is forming janded or yanked accent. The fakeness in naija sometimes is amazing. Naija accent is beautiful. I never wanna put on my yankee accent in the middle of my naija peeeps. But naija peeps be speaking more yankee than me, even if theyve never been to MMIA. mehn

Where did MBGN 2010 get that accent from? Naija-British accent, wow! Hasn't she lived in Naija all/most of her life?

Fiona's accent is funny because its not consistent. She started of alright and then went off with her "gort"
Geez to many oyinbo accent dey dat naija.
Physically many of the ladies are beautiful, but many also seem to lack confidence and their personalities just arent showing. Some are exceptionally timid.

  17. Ok Linda, 2 things:
1- How come their names do not match where the cliaim to be representind? I saw alot of Ibo chicks representing the nothern states.

2- What is with the current MGN? She really needs to loose that accent. She does not even sound inteligent at all.

  18. Fiona is not even a good example with her fake accent and she wants to hear them talk, she should sit her behind somewhere

  19. i have not even heard anything about miss nigeria 2011 the one by mrs nike oshinowo,or wont it hold again?

  20. I concur with Jay O @ 6.21AM- most of these girls are pretty but self confidence seems to be what is lacking- I thought the girl representing Bayelsa sounded rather natural though

  21. Why are people here going on about fake accents? I am not sure about the others but the contestant representing Adamawa has an accent that clearly shows she has not always lived in Nigeria- same goes for Bayelsa too (is she mixed race?)
