Flavour N'abania part ways with record company

After building my career to a certain level, I expected any partnership wit a record label 2 take me to a certain level, that didn't happen. Badbeat Records. They don't have any foundation. No office, no studio, nothing! All they have is a bank account where they put my money." - The music star tweeted this evening.

  3. Are these Nigerian musicians for real? You mean one can just wake up and walk out of a contract just like that? This flavor guy must be a joker.

  8. Wait a minute, before he signed his contract, where did they meet and what evidence did he have that they were a leggit company. If he was that stupid then he deserves all he got. Besides, if he signed a contract can they not sue him regardless of the morals of the situation.

  9. if the record company is not holding up it's side of the bargain, the artist has every legal right to walk out and terminate agreement once he can prove a breach in contract. Who knows what they had promised and did not fulfill. Some of these 'virtual' record companies just make empty promises and don't have the hustle or networking ability in them to see them through. I like Flavor and hope he finds a new home to make him the bigger star that he needs to be

  11. What has the girl got to do with the message he is trying to pass across?
As for signing with the wrong record label, it happens a lot to artist , when they are new and desperate they would sign any thing so long as they can get to the top, but once thry get to the top it hits them.
    Finally, i love flavours music.

  13. ooo stupid gan! i guess they signed the contract inside his bank account. most of these artistes are the cause of their misfortunes, imagine dt terry d rapman, alaye, zeal(female) don't know their multiplication tables (ordinary 3 times table, u need to see d way dy yawa'ed, thank God for ikechukwu who saved d day, terry actually got stuck on 3 times 5, had to start all over and still didn't get it. later dy will be making noise all over the place about being duped by marketers.)
