  14. I dont think so. Mariams looks cheap. I mean cant you see the difference in beyonces material and her trail thing looks cheap too.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Definitely not, its just a look alike probably from another designer, dresses like this are not really hard to make with a damn good designer!

  16. Different designs. Beyonce's design is a the bottom of a butterfly at the end of the embroidery, while the other ladies embroidery looks like some Bug. Also, the color of the embroidery is different. It may either be the same designer or a good knock off. But i think it is wishy washy for a celebrity to wear similar stuff another celebrity has worn. It just looks like something a crazy fan or stalker will do.

  21. Emilio Pucci or no Emilio Pucci...Mariam Elisha looks gorgeous in that dress also. As a matter of fact, it looks better on her than it looks on Beyonce. But both ladies still look great there.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  29. It's not the same dress,..... The lace on the boobs is missing

  31. It is not Emilio Pucci's dress. that collection is not yet in the stores. it is an Ok replica

  32. i bet its a copy, too much discrepancies, from the neck to the opening at the chest even to the cut of the bodice not to talk of the inferior chiffon material used for the ball part of the gown. and please let nobody tell me it was made to suit her. nah nah nah!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Heck no! It's so not the same. THe material is so so different, the design at the neck is different even the design/embroidery on the body is different. So..no, it's not the same..#nohardfeelings

    ReplyDelete
  34. Must it be Emilio Pucci dress sew in that style? Kudos to Nigerian designer who designed Mariam Elisha's.

    ReplyDelete
  35. The dress with the Baphomet design! Mariam's looks like a very good copy IMHO.....

    ReplyDelete
  36. who cares..mariam rocks it better!!bey looks like she is kinda choking..mariam is very comfortable in it and it suits her best.

    ReplyDelete
  37. This is a confirmed case of "Photocopy ko easy".

    ReplyDelete
  38. its obviously not the dress. look closely, even the embroidery and the bottom fabric differs. linda smh

    ReplyDelete
  39. I don't think so.

    ReplyDelete
  40. she beats beyonce hands down..congrats girl

    ReplyDelete
  41. BIG DEAL ???????????? PLSSSSS !!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. WHY IS EVERYONE SAYING IT IS FAKE.JUST BECAUSE THE EMBROIDERY IS NOT THE SAME AS BEYONCES'S DOES NOT MEAN MARIYAMS IS FAKE. THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY THAT BEYONCE WOULD HAVE HAD HER PATTERN DESIGN AND SHADE OF COLOUR CUSTOM MADE FOR HER.MOST CELEBRITIES DO THAT SO THAT ANY OTHER CUSTOMER OF THAT PARTICULAR DRESS WILL NOT HAVE AN EXACT MATCH TO THEIRS

    ReplyDelete
  43. see d difference in shape! see flat tommy and see akpu belle! d oda girl's own looks cheap, (d ma terial)

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  46. See these daft pple here insulting Mariam......As if all tailors in naija dont copy some foreign design they spotted.

Pssssst. Oya go and bring me an orginal naija style. Nonsense!!!!!

Haters oshi. And it definitely looks better on her than on Beyonce. At least she looks like she can breathe and walk in it.

    ReplyDelete
  47. hahahaha i think the naija version is a copycat made by some naija tailor hahaha..so obviously cheap!

  49. Taye is on point with his response. And if it's a fake then that's a pretty darn good fake and she wears it well!

    ReplyDelete
  50. taye God bless u for me. fact that embroidery is not d same does not make d dress fake. bey cud hav paid more for her dress being d celeb that she is, me hav a feeling that 2nd dress is from the same designer....just dat one is cheaper tha the other o tan.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Bee all the way. and the falt tummy, why cant nigerian girls just have that. its only the skinny ones that have falt tummy

    http://conestilodeysimari.blogspot.com/

    ReplyDelete
  54. Not the real one tho. But it suits her and looks more comfortable than Beyonce's own that makes her look like she's gasping for breath

    ReplyDelete
  55. nawwww!
No one should ever wear a dress after Beyonce has worn it ..

You'll just look like her maid!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Good try,i applaud that BUT truth be told Beyonce GAT THE BODYn GAT THE DRESS. The whole thing is z COPY not a COMPETITION. The line is clearly drawn between ORIGINAL n COPYRIGHT. Great try n great job.
