Alexander Amosu's Black Diamond Blackberry

Nigerian-born, UK-based jeweler, designer and business man,  Alexander Amosu, recently introduced his diamond blackberry called the Amosu Black Diamond Blackberry. The phone has around 1400 diamonds on it, (which have a weight of approximately 15cts VVS1) set in 18ct black gold. It costs (around) $26,000 to buy one.

If you wanna buy, (cough cough)...go here

  2. Alexander Amosu was born in Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, London. He is not Nigerian-born.

I think he was brought back to Nigeria and went back to the UK again. Wow, I love his BB.

  7. Damn...you've just set high jump for Nigerian aristos. Expect those hungry greedy girls who's parents are barely able to afford the rent on their home to stand demanding for one from their sugar daddies!

  22. Only an IDIOT would buy this junk! Even if you are rich, you would be an idiot to pay N4 mil for this crap, I wonder how RIM feels about this manipulation of their product.

He is only selling it to people who don't have something better to do with their money.

  28. I appreciate is effort of producing dis kind of product, that a good thinking of him, thought i cant hav d money now and go 4 dat type of phone. He only did it for is own profit making, not 4 enyone else own. I appreciate is thinking, bcos not only is product is design with daimonds, we have alot phones design like that. but as a nigerian citizen, he ought to understand how our economy his at right now, only a fool who doesnt know how our economy is will go 4 that phone in nigeria here.
