Pastor Albert Odulele sentenced to 14months in prison for sexual assault on boys

The pastor who admitted indecently assaulting a boy and sexually assaulting a man has been jailed for eight months and six months respectively by Woolwich Criwn Court in London, after which he would be on the sex offender's register for 5 years. According to international press, there are other victims, but they didn't want to come forward.

So he only gets 14 months? Unbelievable!

  1. They will do to him in prison what he did to those young men. QED!

  2. The terms run concurrently so it will just be 8 months. He may even be out after four months since it’s his first offence with the CPS and if his behaviour is good in prison. Either way, may he be bashed from the back while he’s in there!

  3. He is actually let out at the end of july, and is on license for the other 4 months. @chilling if a man commits murder for the first time, is he let off early because he is a first time offender? just wondering not hating!

  5. @ Anonymous: Pst Albert Odulele was Sentenced to Jail. Better believe it... The story has been making waves even before he was sentenced and he has been appearing in Court. This is not a lie from the pit of Hell but a reality. Live with It...

  6. Just 14 months? Oyinbo people take sexual offences more seriously than that. Makes me think that there's another angle to the story!

  7. He did that 9 years ago...way before he met Christ....I believe all things are new but the devil will definitely want to expose anything ugly in your closet

  8. @seeing life through my eyes

so e don reach the one una go dey lie to lure gullible people abi. Some naive person will read your post and run with it spreading the falsehood.

It's like u believe he's incapable of the act for which he was convicted. If that's where you're coming from then it's evidence of man worship. The report says there were 8 victims the judicial system identified, some refused to testify (apparently, some pastors/bishop who were aware of it covered up the sin). To them it was more important that the shame be covered up than for the victims to receive justice (or prevent others from being assaulted by Odulele).

Please do not belittle the magnitude of the offence and do not downplay the bravery of those who testified. Because of them, he has been convicted, the matter publicised and no parent will allow their son share a bed with him or go on those trips where it is reported he would go in groups/entourage with young men sharing rooms and bed with them.

  9. Seeing life through my eyes; he's been a fake Pastor for about 21 years. Get your stories right please.

Anon April 6, 2011 10:19 PM; thank you.

I sometimes wonder why people must always make senseless comments.

  10. Why do some people think it is impossible that he perpetrated these horrendous crimes/sins? Is he God? He is not perfect now! In fact he is seriouly flawed.

People better look up to God in heaven instead of to pastors.

  11. He might have been sentenced to 14 months but they will also take into account any time already spent in custody as well, so he is likely to be out by July or August, if my calculation is correct. You know this oyibo people like to cut corners if it will save them the expense of feeding and clothing a prisoner (their prisons here are like hotels, so I am told). They will also have to pay for counselling and medical bills and he will likely be on some sort of sex offenders list for some time. Anyway, the approach to punishment here is very soft indeed!

  12. i think he has changed that is why he has to confess all that he has done for year's,and he has conscience that is why he opens not minding the penalty he would be facing.he is better of than some who protect their sin so preciously so that the world will not see.no body should judge he .he should be left with his God to judge him,and give him the punishment he deserved.

  13. This guy assulted innocent kidz and he's only gonna spend 14 months in prision or even less.

The society we live in UK support and encourages GAY RIGHT that is the reason he got this soft sentence even though he breached the trust and confidence the kidz and their parents had in him; the court see nothing wrong with that.

Can Pastor Odulele come out openly to defend the Ophanage he has at Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria which is strictly meant for young teenage boys. The Nigerian Government should investigate and deal with him if found guilt.

Foolish man!!! with all the ladies out there nah young innocent kidz he dey pursue up and down.

Wait a minute!!! make i leave u guys with a food for thought; What if na African Science (Jazz) the guy dey take these young boys do?
