INEC chairman confirms election dates remain unchanged but 15 constituencies will not participate in the Sat, 9th April elections.

The INEC chairman has stated that some senatorial districts will not participate in the saturday 9th of april elections. 15 out of 109 senatorial districts will not participate in the elections. Mostly because materials are yet to be delivered to their districts.
The 15 constituencies that will not participate in the saturday 9th April elections, will carry out their elections on the 26th of april.

Bayelsa Central - Need to reprint Ballot Papers to include missing APGA Logo.
Also in Anambra, Oyi/Anyamelu districts, Need to reprint Ballot Papers to include missing CPC and CDC Logos 
Also Nnewi and Ekwusigo need to reprint Ballot Papers and also include missing Accord logo. 
Anambara: East & West Need to reprint Ballot Papers. A significant quantity of Ballot Papers were used on 2nd April
AKWA IBOM  2Ukanafu/Orun Reason : Need to print additional Ballot papers.
ABIA - Isialangwa North/South. Reason: A significant quantity of Ballot Papers were used on 2nd April 2011 despite the postponement.
