    It is the inscription 'commit to your future' that is wrong with the. It should have been 'committed to your future'.

    Linda, the word 'glaring', without having to use a dictionary means 'plain to see'. Maybe you should pick your words clearly, as whatever message you were were/are trying to convey was not glaring to see.
