Jonathan Links Jos Bombers to Abuja Barracks' Explosion

President Goodluck Jonathan visits the site of a bomb blast at a military barracks on New Year's eve which killed four people and wounded a dozen others in Abuja on January 2, 2011.
"The preliminary analysis of the explosives so far used in Nigeria, the one used in the 1st October explosion has the same characteristics with the ones that happened in Port Harcourt, Warri and some parts of the Niger Delta, it has been classified. The one that happened yesterday, from preliminary analysis, is identical with the ones that happened in Jos. So there are two routes, so as long as the security operatives know where the two routes are, we will get to where these things are coming from," President Jonathan said

  1. d present state of Anomie in our contemporary Nigerian society is a clear reflectn of a gradual process of revolt frm d oppressed poor masses.
diz politicians groomed radicals, gave dem arms for selfish reasons, mobilize rogues to cause civil unrest in d name of religion 2 portray demselves as sacred cows, den they (bourgeois) seat at home, not bn affected
1 thing is sure dat these politicians are creating what will lead to dea destruction. In Marxist communist manifesto, he stated clearly that d poor masses have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win.

  2. President Jonathan is always quick to say who has a hand in the bombing and what is or isnt linked to them, wish he could use same speed to explain to Nigerians why security agencies have failed to avert these mishaps.
If the govt can protect citizens from a few people,I wonder what will happen if a country wages war on Nigeria/Nigerians!

  4. He may be right. Linked or not, these people are the real enemies of Nigeria and they want to make the country ungovernable for him.
