Exclusive pictures of P-Square's N500m mansion

Before you see the pics, here's what Peter Okoye said about the twin duplex and how much it cost:

"Getting a land in Omole Estate (Ikeja, Lagos) alone is N100m. When you look at the house, especially the finishing, it is over $2million. When people speculated that the house was worth N300 million, we had not even finished the interior. What do you think is the cost of a mansion that has a swimming pool, six living rooms, ten master bedrooms, all fully furnished? It's far more than the speculated N300million"

Now continue to see what Square Villa looks like

  1. that is most definitely not "another living room"- same furniture, curtains,a/c and even lamp. haba!
plus y is this such a big deal. y are they complaining that their house is being speculated to be worth less than they believe it is?

  7. the house is fine..shows that hard work pays off one day...

  9. Its no body's business how much the home cost P-Square. they have obviously done very well for themselves and we are proud of them!! Big-ups to them!! hope we get to see this house on MTV tho.

  10. These guys called psquare are really dummies, dummies and heavy dummies. If you see them linda, tell em I said it. Why are Nigerian so called celebrities so desperate. SMFH. Ok I gotta agree with them. The house is worth 10 billion dollars. lol. GTFOH with that crappy bullshit.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Yup, still ugly. Personally I think this house was designed on very HORRENDOUS taste.

They should have invested their money in something better. They got ripped off.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Over exposed, tacky and unnecessary. It is great that they are well paid for their immensed talent but really is it necessary and most importantly wise for them to display as well as discuss their wealth in the papers? In a country where so many are taking outrageous steps to enrich themselves, from kidnapping, arm robbery to voodoo etc?

    To each his own, abi?

  13. @MEAH: u sure havent come across the lines "right to opinion" before, have u? ur lame talk is the kind that shd be moderated. Sorry how old are u again???

    ReplyDelete
  14. Where did all that money go??? The house doesn't look worth the price at ALL. THe interior decor is mediocre at best, the pool is just ok, the backyard has zero privacy.
This house shouldn't be that expensive... IDK just my 2 cents.

  15. That's a very tacky comment for Psquare to make. They should remember that Toni Braxton is now filing bankruptcy. It's not about million dollar mansions, I hope they're doing the financial needful to secure their future.

    ReplyDelete
  16. More grease to their well oiled elbows! Mentioning the amount is a bit tasteless and for security reasons, it's best not to mention figures!!

    ReplyDelete
  17. These boys are so local... Do they want robbers to attack them or what? What of American cribs? P-Square now have a house in the US, did you know that? They told us on UNITED STATES OF NIGERIA (Sky Channel 204)

I think they should keep mute and stop showing off although they deserve to enjoy their hard earned money. May kidnappers not remember them o.

  18. OK, OK, Pete...Enough said PLS go in and enjoy..we'tell 'em to stop depriciating the value of your property..Henceforth anyone who says PnP's house is worth less than Zim$100m is going to see the wrath of the íbéjís....HAPPY DAY?
    MOTO MOUTH!!!!

  19. bragging again? they prob bought the land when it wasn't 100 million so they shouldn't even talk. i've seen the interior and it's a nice house...good for them but these anambra boys...they talk too much...i guess it's in the blood?..who knows?

    ReplyDelete
  20. is it me? or are those curtains from the 50s?????

    ReplyDelete
  21. na wa oo, is this all what
3oo milli can buy ? I think its grossly overpriced ! the place looks too tight and jampacked , his neighbours can easily tape any action in the pool 4 intsance and the compound looks like it can't contain all those cars ....

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hey linda. i think u shld feature d guy from "rent is too damn high" lol.

    ReplyDelete
  23. that's good p2, i sabi say e no easy-but what shall it profit a Man to gain the whole world and loose his soul merrying? no other to do with ur hard-earned moni?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Tastefully furnished ....please they should be more security conscious.

    ReplyDelete
  25. @meah i think u shld b mindful of hw u talk. Of course we appreciate the house but abeg of wat benefit is d cost 2 us? ppl like u get carried away with things of the world.
God appreciates humility and moderation in all things not bragging

    ReplyDelete
  26. nice house. but why are they stressing how much they spent on it? some of us don't really care!

    ReplyDelete
  27. That house seems pretty narrow to me... no space around the pool and when I first saw the pictures of the garage it was as busy as the pool area...
If you are going to spend money on a house make sur there is some space around it especially if you are a celebrity: The neighbor should not have full sightover your house like that... all that seems very jammed... and 6 living rooms? maybe they are talking about living room sets anyway the rug and curtains are very tacky. that piano needs space around it... otherwise nice house...

    ReplyDelete
  28. Linda, you are offensive....and thats not mincing words. you need to stop giving publicity to craps and crap talkers, i mean how vain can a statement sound. They are totally embarrasing.
    Anon. Fierce!

  29. Lovely looking apartment. Kudos to them

  30. P-Square spent N500m on this house? Heyaaa! I just finished building a house and I can tell you that it did not come up to N30 million; the builders did an extremely brilliant job with the finishing too- you can ask P-Square to contact me directly next time he wants to build another house..... my architect used sustainable local matters too!

    ReplyDelete
  31. The house is not all that. I have seen better. Terrible interior design. But their hard-work has finally paid off and I wish them well.

    ReplyDelete
  32. P-Square guys are now beginning to sound like those KC Presh guys. "We bought this and that for so so millions".

    ReplyDelete
  33. nice house but just like the typical igboman the interior is so from the 50s curtains like that are no longer used. its bamboo blinds that are used some comes with remote.
anyways good for them they deserve it they ve worked hard though but d sitting room is so crappy.

  35. Hahahahaha. It's their house, it's their money. Why are people criticizing what isn't theirs? SMH

    ReplyDelete
  36. btw... as an aside, a house is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it at any point in time... N500 million is what they may have paid for it, but that's where it ends...

    ReplyDelete
  37. Africans still seem to be living in the days when price was solely used as an indicator of quality. The house price is.... so what does it mean? Does it mean it is a better habitat for a reasonable human beings than the average flat?

They could have used the money to build up hospitals or better stills schools to help the community and then we will be jumping around for them. For things, I no dey care sef....

I Guess being a Mum is not only wonderful but also a blessing. Alicia is truely blessed and when one comes to terms with motherhood, she discovers a lot about herself and life...

  40. That living room is sooo tacky beyond that the house is nice.

    ReplyDelete
  41. it's not only africans...what of people that have neighbours in affluent areas in NY and Knightsbridge...imagine paying 10 million dollars or pounds for an appartment in New York with neighbours...at least Nigeria has not gotten to that extent yet.

    ReplyDelete

  46. Na lie jo. This house aint worth N500 million. Are they telling me they are billionaires? Too much bragging.

    ReplyDelete
  47. it is absurd that with all the money claimed to be paid the backyard is unbelivable tight, no grounds. They dont even have an olympic sized pool, barbecue pit, gazebo, and the works...the interior is mediocre...in fact the house is quite omataish...why are they showing pics of the interior that is just so standard..they obviuously dont care abt privacy..money miss road

  49. Seriously? With those curtains? I'm sure they got them from Alaba. THey could do better.

They've done well for themselves but this is what happens when you blow your own trumpet in a classless way....people pick you apart.

    ReplyDelete
  50. who cares how much their house costs...they shld go to idumota and sell motor parts...omata..are they the only successful ppl in nija..with their outdated curtains from the 80's..they shld be mindful of AIDS and STD'S the rate at which they are going...

  51. @Jobfornaija.com; It's a HOUSE not an Apartment...

@AWESOMEEMMANUEL: What is it with the whole UPPERCASE?

  52. these boys are dumb but Las Gidi girls no wan hear.
They've got the cash and that is all that matters.
AT LEAST ACCORDING TO THE GIRLS.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Well it is P-Square their PR is so sh.it ever heard their interviews from Lagos-London-LA..same story..same antics...it would pay to hire a PR firm/Person to polish them up..I'm sure Linda can help out!!
My thing is one of them has a kid..where is the space/room in the backyard??the swimming pool has taken up too much space..and it's quite an hazard not just for their own kid but kids who visit the place..we seen this accidents all the place..
Future wifeys would have to share the same space too..mmhh trouble
On a good note..they did buy their own place..

    ReplyDelete
  54. Really, whats all these NOISE about sef?

You built a house?....then we no go hear word again ehn?

So why blowing the trumpet for all to know the worth?...you guys should have simply kept quiet & keep the true cost to yourself.

A property's worth is no calculated by the cost of building it but it's VALUE in the market which some factors determine like the location & finishings.

Please in this era of insecurity, don't you boys think you should play it down for a while?

This house would not be ideal when you get marry in future because it's more of a bachelor pad/crib.

Good luck in all your endeavors.

  55. Why r Nigerians like dis? These guys r stars so they deserve all they ave, if they said their hse is over 300million naira den so be it. All U BAD BELLE'S shld hit your POOR MISERABLE HEAD ON THE WALL....

    ReplyDelete
  56. Each time i stop by this site there's a lot of negativity and bitterness. i guess they were asked about the house because it was even on studio53 and so they had to make a statement. It's not a big deal to estimate the worth of a celebrity's property or wedding or whatever. please people calm down. congrats to peter and paul btw

    ReplyDelete
  57. will all they marry and have kids in hat house wahala dey i see danger danger forget they are twins and brothers wife's and in-laws do not see that pls start building another one nice one still respect

    ReplyDelete
  58. too much in too little space....that's all i have to say to ATTENTION ASHAWO and SIDE KICK.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I am happy for you Psquare. But in general bragging is in Nigerians blood. A girl once wrote an email saying we bought a house worth N21m, mumu but she wont stop calling me to be my friend 9inferiority complex)....not even a cost of land in some parts of abule egba...its a nigerian thing period!

    ReplyDelete
  60. my qstn is why are the sharing the same house,,,,,,,are they gonna live together forever? they are twins yes we get it,, don,t they have plans of getting married and living on thier own,,i meant seperately.

    ReplyDelete
  61. even in cribs, dey say wot thier houses are worth and even their earnings.and we sit down and enjoy d programme.so why r we complaining abt psquare mentioning theirs?i guess we havent had a real celebrity in nigeria.there is always a first time.get used to it.u never knw how u would act until u hav so much wealth in ur hands especially wen u dnt knw how dey started and sufferd and got to this stage.so dnt judge.do u hate beyonce ,jayz, kanye and co 4 bragging?

    ReplyDelete
  62. @ Dee - abeg, take that back your incorrect speculation right away ah ah! What do you mean that Nigerian has not really had a real celebrity? What do you call Fela Kuti, Femi Kuti, King Sunny Ade, Onyeka Onwenu, heck at least someone like Fela wrote music that was RELEVANT to the WORLD at large not just Nigeria, wetin PSquare dey right wey persin fit siddon reflect on as per life is concerned? Abeg! And let's get past music, Genevieve Nnaji na chopped suya?

I don't want to down their achievement,it's all great and honky dory but abeg, you don't know down other legitimate acts just because they aren't up and flaunting their lifestyles in people's faces.

I watch MTV Cribs if I have nothing else on the tube to watch and I DO NOT CARE FOR THOSE CELEBS FLAUNTING THEIR MATERIAL POSSESSIONS either, and like someone has already mentioned, it is TACKY to the 10th power for anyone whether na American or Nigerian celebrity or regular joe with some sudden riches to do, period! TACKY and in this economy, DANGEROUS!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Mehn these guys have haters ooooo!! Wow!! People just be happy for them, so your own blessing can come..peace

    ReplyDelete
  64. Nuff said about the price we all know, now this is just to show ya'll how stupid 'em P.Square boiz are to bring such matter up with their alarming price...

Akon's House in Alpharetta Georgia, cost $1,650,000 Thats about N247M... Ya'll visit the link below and see for your self... See SPAAAAAAAAAccccccccEEEEEE

    http://www.celebritydetective.com/Celebrity_Homes_Akon-home-Alpharetta-GA.html

And tell me, if they even had $500M to blow, why didnt they think of becoming a Landlord in USA If $1.65 an get you Akon's house i'm sure even $500,000 Would get them something spectacular too.

We know They doing well, but to lie or show us how stupid they are makes me hate their guts.

    F|X

  65. Therez really nothing wrong with letting us knw hw much the hse hadcost them. International stars do dat too; it is really alright; they worked for it. But I do nt think it is advisable, given hw Mikel Obi's dad was kidnapped!!!!

Hope Psquare hv got their family under tight security.

Those curtains gives me d creeps. I think I am about to have hives!!!!!!! lmfao

    ReplyDelete
  66. Why cant people mind their business, if they like let them spend $1b to build their house. Please my people make we try mind our business. Bad belle no good at all. If u have a land then u will understand that to build e no easy. abeg allow the boys to enjoy their money and pray to God for ur own blessing. For me i tap from the blessing
