The Senator Ita Giwa - led Seagull Carnival band staged a grand performance in the costume and dance of Efik kingdom at the grand ballroom, Eko Hotel and Sites, V/I, on Sunday August 15, 2010. Below are pictures from the very colourful and well attended event.
