It's Nigeria versus Kenya this Friday on Channel O, as the urbane music station searches for Africa's King of R&B. According to a release on the Channel's website (mnet.co.za/channelo), ''They are two smooth brothas from different ends of the earth who bring chills to hordes of women. What brings them together, apart from their dashing good looks, is their shared love of R&B music but who is the African King of R&B?''
Channel O will broadcast a heavy rotation of both singers' works this Friday February 19th at 20:30 hours. It is uncertain if viewers' vote will be considered in determining the verdict.
