Beyonce's father confirms the birth of his twin grandbabies

Queen Bey's father, Matthew Knowles, has confirmed the birth of Beyonce and Jay Z's twin children. He shared a photo wishing them Happy Birthday, with the caption: They're here!

According to TMZ, the twins are a boy and a girl.
