There's something about depression: A human being can survice almost anything, as long as one sees the end in sight. But depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that it's impossible to ever see the end.

If you know someone who’s depressed, please resolve never to ask them why. Depression isn’t a straightforward response to a bad situation; depression just is, like the weather.

Try to understand the blackness, lethargy, hopelessness, and loneliness they’re going through. Be there for them when they come through the other side. It’s hard to be a friend to someone who’s depressed, but it is one of the kindest, noblest, and best things you will ever do

  23. May God punish this APC govt it will never be well with any man who think and gather and put this APC govt. This is the worst Nigerians has ever witness if govt full of wicked and properganda all those who plan and discussed about this APC and put them in govt may God strike their gerenration. What kind of govt is this? Buhari die now die you are a nonsense man a bad luck to this our gerenation. Tell me a country who don't have problem I was surprise when I see buhari come openly to tell the world that Nigeria is corrupt when a whole number one citizen will come out openly to speak such words tell me how you want foreigners to relate with us tell me how foreigners will do business with us? A president who suppose to protect his people is now the cause of the problem ever since I was born I have never see any president of any country come openly to speak openly bad of his country and tinsh the image of his own country, this was when I know that problem has come to Nigeria. A man without vision who is bettering with his health. Look how Nigeria is today the worst ever govt. Why won't Nigeria divide? When there is no true federalism when there hate to other tribes what kind of govt is this for God sake,?

  26. Depression is something we should really take time to deal with in our communities, schools, churches, hospitals, etc. We need to open confidential outlets with competent counsellors and psychologists/psychiatrists whom people suffering from depression can talk to. 27. This guy was my university mate, Lawal Bayode we studied Industrial chemistry together at university of Ilorin and we graduated in 2013,..... Please don't be taking some posts on social media as joke, the guy has been posting different tthings on his social Media, like I am God, bye to this world, the fuck in galaxies await me and so on, and people have been taking it for joke.
No matter how the condition may be, it doesn't warrant committing suicide!
Please always check on old folks, perhaps your caring /motivation message can save a life.
