Exactly my thoughts when I was watching the match. Marcello had the opportunity to commit a foul at the center circle but he stepped back. That was a stupid thing to do. Bc if he had fouled him, Madrid players would have regrouped and the match would have ended a draw bc the goal by Messi was virtually the last kick of the game.

please lets not be sentimental, there was 5 goals in that match, and every goal occurs because of a mistake. that goal is nobody's fault. Secondly, what is Ronaldo doing upfront when he suppose to join and defend for a draw.He desperately wanted to score for his own glory.
