SO whats the biggie there every organisation has its terms and condition don't be frustrated cos you didnt get the job , its part of the benefit the members get. Am sure many of you will see me as a winners member no am not but i see no biggie in that.

If you are not a member of the ministry or share the vision what are you going to be teaching in that school, why they are asking for your tithe card is to know if you belive in the word of God enough to pay your tithe. You need to understand that working in any church related ministry is not the same as working in GTB or any other structure. The criteria is not the same...
These churches are being run like businesses ... They are more concerned about making money than bringing people to christ.. if in the nearest future the poplulation of xtains in nigeria declines look nowhere and pour all the blame on the church leaders of today, they are the ones making a mess of the church and exploiting its members

When will "Church goers" understand that tithing has nothing to do with CHRISTIANITY. It's an old Jewish practice. Please, read your bible and do some research. The bible encourage us to give. God loves a cheerful giver. Jesus Christ never mentioned or advocate for tithing while He was on the earth. There is never a place tithing was mentioned in the new testament. God's blessings and grace in your life have nothing to do with tithing. Don't be deceived...just be a cheerful giver!!

Let's be realistic. You can't reap where you don't sow. It is a church establishment. I would personally expect it. Nigerian churches operate like cults. Please try and understand the system. Jesus interacted and associated with sinners and tax collectors, He associated himself with a prostitute, He was with a Samaritan woman.He fed five thousand people that he did not know. we raised the death, healed the sick and did many good work to those he did not know. Our people shaaaaa! We must complain. If the church members are suffering, they will Pastor is flying private jet, members are poor. What is wrong if they make sure their members stand a chance to be employed before any other. Wasn't the school built with their tithe? Me I'm not a fan of all these private jet pastors, but does that mean one cannot be objective? Not everything is wrong because of the one doing it. If my money contributed to building something and yet I'm jobless, will I be happy if someone who goes online to call me mumu for paying tithe is employed instead of me? 1.you must attend a foundation class,
2. be baptized by water immersion and by the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues.
3. u must attend a home cell fellowship
4. you must belong to a unit in church

There is nothing wrong in giving preference to tithers above others because na thier contributions dey use to develop CU. I'm pretty sure they have employees from other denomination. Its definitely ok to prioritize tithers. Private School, private rules.
