  7. Linda, please refrain from embarrassing us.Personal hygiene is lacking amongst Nigerians. That is a new toilet bowl.Is it too much for people to clean up after themselves?I go to some peoples houses and their toilets are filthy!!!!Is it the government that will clean that too.

some people use the ladies or gents and even with running water, they don't flush!!!!!!please stop posting this nonsense and even if you must, reply their emails by telling them to go and practice personal hygiene.

  19. It's the fault of the corpers der Biko...who used it to get dirty like that? I camped there and the toilet was always clean cos the hostel governor had a roster. Do they expect the camp officials or the soldiers to clean for them? They use it so dey shld clean it. It's part of the discipline they are there to learn

  20. This toilet has just reminded me 10 years ago when i was in this NYSC camp.
I am sure it is same old problem of pipe bursting that makes everywhere dirty.

I enjoyed my days in Nowa gbam tai!

  22. Linda, dis pics u post remind me of the my days at the camp 2007 batch A. The. Situation then was like dis. But we have to result to self help and clean the toilet ourselves. We appointed some of dt was monitoring it from messing it up. I remembered dt it was a very grievious offence for any one of us to go to toilet witout water. And at the end of d day we all enjoyed our stay @ Nowa gbam tai camp. It was a wonderful experience then. So let us stop blame govt on everything.

  23. Hmmmm, they should wash it them selves instead of taking pictures of it. I was dere 2013, we devised ways to keep our toilets useable n clean instead of snapping n sending pics as if dat wil move d state coordinator. Smh

  25. What do you mean by people in charge . If the coppers don't like this they should clean it up. When I was serving at Yobe state 2009 the camp toilet was terrible but what me and some female coppers did was to engage some Yaro(young Hausa boys) to clean , cut and make the place decent. We paid four of them 1500 and they were so excited. We got the attention of the camp officials who now went to fix the water. Please stop all em complaints and do your own bit first. The three weeks is crucial you can decide to have fun or just lament. Think about what you can do for your country and not what the country will do for you always. Guess what some corpers are pigs. I remember when one of the Yaro boys caught one corper who defeacated in the bathroom and wanted to leave it. Omo we made her clean her poop and wash the place.

  30. Haaaaaaa, Linda this is nice a water system toilet, I served in NOWA GBAM TIE in 2012 and the type of toilet there was a sink pit toilet. Seeing this they really leaves up to their plans then as for the cleaning blame the corpers because when camp opens it is usually very clean then the hall prefect has a roaster for who to clean and when, that place should be clean haba they no suffer as we suffer then.
