Festus Keyamo kinda replies Ben Murray-Bruce

In an apparent attempt to reply Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, human rights lawyer, Festus Keyamo says APC is not giving any excuse for failure by reminding Nigerians about the dark rule of PDP. Ben Bruce had taken to his twitter handle yesterday to call out President Buhari and state governors for continually blaming and talking about the past administration six months after they came into power.

I am telling you, that the difference between the change of Today and that of yesteryears is just from the sublime to the ridiculous (a step). Our 73 year old President is gradually transmogrifying into a baby, full complaints, not taken responsibilities and have oftentimes forgotten the status of the President of a big Nation which he occupies. Diezani lied because she wanted to be eating money under the disguise of fuel subsidy. In Abeokuta fuel prices have dropped to 50k per litre and u say Buhari hasnt done anything.     There are three Nigerians that can ever be said to have been lucky all their lives - General Obasanjo, Ben Murray Bruce and Goodluck Jonathan. Murray Bruce is sandwiched in between the two men. He was brought into wealth by Stella Obasanjo starting from Miss World Competition, then appointed DG of NTA. He never looked back after that. Then arrived Goodluck Jonathan who patronized him until he won the Senatorial seat from Bayelsa State under PDP without firing his canon. Same cannot be said of people like Timi Alaibe who no matter how hard he has worked is yet to benefit from any political gladiators. This dies not tame anything from Murray Bruce as a fighter or self driven achiever. He just had his lucky breaks and we do not see him or expect to see him become a sycophant even now just because his mentors are down.

    Someone needs to explain to Bruce and all PDP apologists that PMB is not idle , rather he's working. 6 months is not 6yrs. It's the PDP who's seeking to distract him from focusing through their frequent malicious and poisonous public statements in the guise of opposition critique. Some of them he responds to, and some he doesn't. While responding to the PDP's poisonous critiques, there's always a need to point back to the term of reference, which is the state in which this current administration met Nigeria and the frantic effort it's making to fix them. If U attack someone destructively, why complain when he responds to stay alive? This is exactly what is happening now. It is not any "blaming" as Bruce has been made by his malicious and mischievious colleagues to put it. Bruce is supposed to be a fine and civilized politician, I hope his stay with the PDP won't kill that, as there no way U play with pigs and won't get dirty.

      Apc did worse than criticise. They didn't stop at criticising, they sabotaged the poor GEJ's efforts especially at stabilising power. Now within a month of taking over, PHCN started working. How possible? So, if you say 6mths is too short for changes how come PHCN was fixed abruptly within 2mths? Is it magic. Please don't be biased, give credit to whom it's due. Think.

    Sometimes feel sorry for some Nigerians whose skulls are as dumbed as that of a rat. Imagine some people here saying the PDP's backward rule should be easily forgotten! Yes u will say so bcos u don't have any of ur family members killed by Book Haram, you don't have any sister to daughter amongst d Chibok girls. Boko Haram wouldnt have been this strong to commit this much atrocities if he had acted fast and right enough, the girls would probably have been rescued if Jonathan and his wrong advisers didn't see the abduction as a political propaganda, only to see the light three weeks later. Imagine ur daughter is amongst girls and a victim of so many of his failures, would u have forgotten that easily? He didn't leave without scar for PMB to nurse and u say they should not blame. And for those of u that wrote saying he has been blaming the past govt. Only and not doing anything, I wonder which country u live in. Nigeria is progressing no matter how slow but steady. PMB, ur 5months is better and more productive than the 6yrs of Jonathan. We will never witness such era again. Good riddance.....

    I dont know why people are so dumb and unnecessarily sentimental over stupid issues like pdp and apc. These are just political parties! People formed these parties, and just because the changed parties doesn'take them changed. There are only few credible pple like PMB in Apc, the whole lots are the same miscreants that spoilt the name of Pdp and craves for power.     When British economy was undergoing a recession fews years back, they did not hide it because they have integrity. When Spain's economy crash, the whole world knew about it.
