Governor Fayose pictured buying Asun (goat meat) in Ado Ekiti

Governor Ayo Fayose was at Awedele market, Ado Ekiti to check on traders who relocated from the demolished Oja Oba as well as inspect the level of work done on Awedele road dualisation today and as he was about getting to the tail end of the road, young guys preparing asun (goat meat), delicacy greeted him, and the governor got down to buy some and served himself. More photos after the cut...

  20. Pls who can educate ekiti pple? If truly they are fountain of knowledge, then I should be called king Solomon, father of wisdom. How can pple call this man a working gov? If not buying asun, he’s buying tomatoes, pepper, oil, smoked plantain or riding okada just to prove fake friendship with the masses. Is this what ekiti pple truly expect as dividends of democracy?
Has anyone seen him commission a reasonable project? Seriously a panel of inquiry should probe those that named ekiti the fountain of knowledge.

  66. What is all this "meeting the people" everyday. If they like they should not go and sit in their office and develop policies that will benefit this "common man" they claim to be trying to familiarize with and then again build roads and schools and create jobs and work on stable electricity. Four years will soon finish then we will wonder where it went. Or maybe that's the plan.
