Though not trying to justify her being stripped naked but it's also possible that in her struggle with the police some of the buttons on her trousers unfastened and her blouse got torn. Glad you mentioned that she resisted arrest. Any responsible citizen should b submissive to law and the enforcers because you mandated them to enforce the law. You can't be above the law. I support justice and not lawlessness.
The time you can almost hate being African. Why strip her? There are better and sane ways of handling a female who resist arrest. We too dey do some kind nonsense that makes the world see Africans or blacks' lifestyle as barbaric. Everyone in that force should be locked up. Its obvious a lot of unlawful acts sure goes down with female prisoners in prisons in that country. They just revealed that clearly.
