street Victoria Island Lagos state. Walter Carrington street is the
street where many Embassies including those of American, British,
Indian,
France, German, Spain, Lebanon and so many other are situated. Traffic

That place is my office...laughing loud at comments! If u have been to USA embassy u will notice touts chasing u from the entrance to know how they can help u....those touts were told to leave that place, so in protest, they blocked the entrance of walter Carrington. The soldiers came as a result to force them out. So that is the story peeps!
