Sai Buhari desired and fought hard for Fashola to be his Chief of Staff only for Tinubu and his cohorts to smear him while Amaechi too was having his terrible run.
ReplyDeleteWhen GEJ was in the saddle, he virtually abdicated his recruitment Powers to Pius Ayim, which made the South East to dominate every position in his Government. OBJ's administration was fair because he did compensate the East with prominent positions in Government that some were thinking, He was the long lost Son of the Obi of Onitsha. To be sincere, the South East have had more than a fair share of the loot in our democracy as they are very good at pandering to the wishes of the politicians.

As unfair as the appointments are, they cannot be reversed but buhari should not make dis country a Northern Affair. I know where he's coming from; by appointing men of integrity into those positions but let the truth be told, we have men of dignity n integrity in other parts of the country too.
