Following a school fire that killed three students of Stephjoy Boy High School, Kenya, (read here), 3 students of the school have been arrested and will be charged with murder.

The initial death toll rose from two to three when another severely injured student, Zachary Njoroge died while undergoing treatment at the Kenyatta Nation National Hospital on Monday night.

According to NationFM, nine other students who were arrested alongside the three were released by police this morning after investigations vindicated them.
