    10. This man should get a life. Much ado about nothing. Position should be based on merit and not based on this nonsense quota. It doesn't make any sense to me. It should be about "May the best person wins" and not about where they come from. That is one of the reasons why we are so backward in Nigeria. Buhari has been around for a long time and he knows who can perform better and he shouldn't be pressurized to give a position to a particular tribal. We all should grow up and learn from the past

    15. So the mantra of change means to do everything different from what has been done by the past leaders even when its clear that it does not make sense. Does these appointments suggest to mean that its only in the north we have credible or competent technocrat s

    2. What PMB is doing is really threatening the unity of Nigeria as a nation, i used to wonder the kind of ideaology , dreams or plans these leaders have before aspiring for political position, once a leader is elected he/she represents the interest of the nation irrespective of the party platform or whatever region that voted him into power, but this happens only here in Nigeria.I have met a lot of good peopl from other tribes, i love diversity, i don't support scession, but am highly against corruption and injustice even in my mother ketchen.

(Mind you I am from South-South) Are you lot not tired of the way we live in Nigeria? What did Goodluck do please??? You must be evil to give such a clueless man another 4 years to drive this country deeper into the pit. Let Buhari fail first before you crucify him, we have been suffering for years why can't we be OPTIMISTIC and exercise some patience? This country has gone too deep into corruption for anybody to see changes overnight! Patience please, patience!!! Haba! Pessimistic lot😒

That is all that matters. Can the other regions name a credible counterpart against this listed appointees? No they can't! Btw, I'm not a northerner (am an unbiased and detribalised Nigerian, who wants the best for my country). If Buhari likes, let all his appointees be northerners or even foreigners, I don't care as far they deliver. He is the president, so let him appoint those he deem fit. 48. Note: Its not about a NORTH or SOUTH issue.Nigerians voted APC for change. And this is exactly what Mr. President is doing. Thats why he took more time to make any appointment.Lets not forget having the best team is better than having the worst. I believe appointing people like him is the best not appointing people that will take us back to those days. So my fellow Nigerians lets give Mr.President and the appointed time to prove themselves.

  49. 250 ethnic nationalities cohabiting together in the name of ONE NIGERIA and we are shouting change. Lets remove the m=change mantra and think why the constitution contained federal character. Is anyone trying to tell me that in a nation of over 170m people, all recent appointments have been from the same region as the president. Well everyone is saying ministerial list but with what I've seen, it still shows that even in the highest places there is still a lot of ethnic mistrust and bias in our country. My own is let them deliver. Unless come 2019, with the precedent that has being laid by the past administration and in the 2015 elections, and by the power that will be vested in my thumb print and voters card....i shall vote out all "unvotables".

  54. who cares whether he appoints aliens or humans ...ALL WE NEED IS DIVIDENDS OF DEMOCRACY , A COUNTRY WE CAN BE PROUD OF..Many of our people are dying in the Mediterranean sea to go to an Europe where they don't even want us talk less of appointing us and yet you guys will wish them congrats ...It is time we pop out of sentimentalism and ethnicity and build a nation of merit ... Over a decade some of us have lived in nations where a larger percentage of her populace think Africa is a country, and that is the mindset we need before we can move forward ...United we stand divided we fall..

  57. What Mohammadu Buhari is doing is expected based on his antecedents. When he was in DIFFRRII what did he do for the Igbos? NOTHING. Personally i never expected any good from him so i am not surprised. But the fact remains that NO BODY can wish the Igbos away. Like Jerusalem it will be well with those who wish Igbos well. Those who do not wish Ndi-Igbo well, usually die unfulfilled because the Igbos continue to prosper and flourish not withstanding their wicked marginalisation. Today it is North-east, tomorrow it will be North-west: All must pay for the pogrom against Ndi-igbo.

  64. Igwe Adaobi, your perception that the north has more states is the exact reason the northerners have rigged all the census counts. when they tell you all that land is not arid land and they count goats and Cows to inflate their population count, they are able to carve out more states for themselves and give the appearance that they are more in #.

  71. I am going to disagree with those who are complaining, the people appointed ARE THEY NOT NIGERIANS. All that matters is that Mr President appoint people that can do the job. The past presidents that have appointed on quota basis see what quota has led us. Me I am for the person that can do a good job i don't care where he comes from as long as he is a Nigerian.
PEOPLE, MY PEOPLE LET US LOOK FOR QUALITY AND STOP THIS ETHNIC BIAS. MR PRESIDENT I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST, BUT REMEMBER GOD IN WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING HE IS LOOKING READ PSALM 50.

  82. The man Buhari is the worst president the country has ever produce. I am foreseeing danger, his intent are evil and dangerous. He is not a saint...but out for evil. He has a plan that is why he selected northerners in every key position. who know if he knows and share with boko haram activities. He is suspicious in his selection so far. The devil is in trouble. Buhari should very careful..., if we claim to be one Nigeria then we should work together and forget about sentiment and personal motives..., No one man is greater than the country.

I will like to let our politicians to know that they are causing alot of set back for us, more over, a day is coming when they and we all shall account for every thing done on this planet earth. Naked we came and naked we shall return.

  86. I think nigeria wanted change. Change is what they will get. Like Fela sang, ZOMBIE WAY NA ONE WAY. The Zombie, Nigerians elected as President has only one way of thinking. That is the only thing that comes into his head, that is what he does. He does not listen to others or care what they say. Like I wrote on a previous comment, in this Zombie will call a President, he only believe that the north is nigeria and the rest of us are Aliens from a different planet. Sai buhari

  91. i don't believe in all the tribal noise being made here...

either from the north, south, east or west, my take is the best person for the job should be appointed.

if we still keep reasoning like we are not 1 in Nigeria, Then we can not achieve much with our diversity which is meant to be our strength
