Police and Judiciary must be retrained as national emergency otherwise Buhari is not heading anyway. The fight against corruption and indiscipline must start with the police and the judiciary. Nigeria is underdeveloped as long as the police force is undertrained

in as much as the police officers are to be blamed, the government have a greater blame attached to them. why will a taxi driver transport a sick patient, what happened to providing adequate emergency services that functions effectively for hospital emergencies
