So Airtel told the customer that they have followed him on Twitter so he can send them a direct message and the guy replied saying he's trying to follow back but their network is not letting him (meaning it's slow or not going at all) and would use a competitor's network to follow them. Boom! And Airtel was so gracious in their response! Nice one!

My issue with them networks is their celebrity endorsements, am not hating really but with the kinda money they splash on these guys they could've used to improve the services honestly. Glo is most guilty of this, and to think its the only indigenous company amongst them with the crappiest network.
