Imagine! Female Sec School student brings her mum & siblings to fight a teacher in Abia (photos)

Facebook user, Nwaokoma Thomas Izuchukwu recounts a hilarious, but somewhat shameful story about a female secondary school student who brought her family to her school to fight her teacher. But how can a mother pack her children to fight and beat up a teacher? His account bellow.
'On Monday at Ozar secondary school, Asa in Ukwa West LGA of Abia State when a student who was sent home by a teacher Mrs Njoku to barb her hair, regrouped with her mother and elder siblings to attack teachers and students.
The JSS two student,Precious Nwadike had earlier been warned by same teacher two weeks ago to barb her hair but she did not heed to the warning. On arrival to school on Monday, the student was asked to go home to get her haircut. She left immediately only to return two hours later with the mother and four of her siblings who marched straight to the staff room and commanded the teachers to come out. Furthermore, the mother of the student, Mrs Nwadike held a teacher, pulled her cloth & ordered the sons to cut her hair. The intervention of another teacher, Mrs Osuagwu provoked the sons and one of them, Uche almost strangled her. But the quick intervention of students, led to a free for all fight in which Mrs Nwadike and children were fully prepared.' According to Izuchukwu Nwaokoma, it took the intervention of an annoymous youth corp member currently serving in the school who alerted military personnel to come to the rescue. 'Their quick arrival calmed the situation and doused the tension. Mrs Nwadike and children were arrested and taken to Obehie police station, Asa.The Principal of the school, Mrs F.N Nwachukwu took both the wounded students and teachers to the nearest Health Center for treatment.

  16. There are 2 sides to this story. Was this teacher continuously picking on the student to cut her hair or was the student purposely disobeying the teacher? It's seems very rare for a student n her family to come attack a teacher if not for the fact that the teacher was either bullying or picking on the student. In Nig., teachers are held in a highly esteemed manner so I find it difficult to see how a student n her family will attack a teacher if there wasn't sufficient reason to. However, I can't see how they expected their plan to work in the middle of a school day. I think the parent should have waited till the end of the day to talk to the teacher n then depending on the teachers response proceed from there.

  29. lmao..how stupid and shameless can some people be,if the rule in the school is for junior students to be on low cut, which is the norm in most secondary schools in Nigeria why can't she obey a simple rule, and as for the mother,it shows the kind of mother and upbringing that she gives to her children.shameful..

  30. Don't you lead by example? What do you teach to our children? This reminds me of my cousin who found out that my uncle was cheating on her mum with one of the teachers at her school. She got my aunt and her neighbour to go to the school and together, they gave the beating of her life to the teacher. It was such an humiliation and the lady and my uncle were so embarrassed by the situation. To this day, i believe they went too far and my aunt should have handled the situation in a mature way instead of exposing her marriage's issues in public.

  91. Linda you must follow this case to it's logical conclusion because we have lots of parents like this terrorising innocent teachers in our school and I suggest this very one should be taught a lesson to should serve as example for others like her. Under no condition should a citizen take law into their hands If they feel aggrieved with the school rules they have the options of going to court or withdraw their child from the school and probably establish their own school where lawlessness is the order of the day. It is absolutely wrong to humiliate a teacher in the presence of the students. This must not go unpunished.

  107. The mother is a tout and she brought up her children to become touts too. That child could get expelled from that school. The civil thing to do was to go and report the teacher to the principal or school authorities. If that doesnt work out, then you invite the police or lawyer into the matter instead of packing your whole family to come and fight. Stmchew
