This letter to Homophobes is being reproduced to answer many questions people have asked me.Both heterosexuals and homosexual people, People of all faith have claimed that homosexuality is an abomination according to Leviticus 18:22 and cannot be condoned under any circumstance.
Dear Homophobes,
Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from your bigoted rhetoric, and try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, they are clobbered with Leviticus 18:22 which clearly state it to be an abomination...End of debate.
I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some other elements of God's Laws and how to follow them.
1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighbouring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?
2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?
3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness - Lev.15: 19-24. The problem is how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.
4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odour for the Lord - Lev.1:9. The problems are my neighbours. They claim the odour is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?
5. I have a neighbour who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2. Clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it?
6. A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination - Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this? Are there 'degrees' of abomination?
7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle-room here?
8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?
9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?
10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev.19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? Lev.24:10-16. Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14)
I know you have studied these things extensively and thus enjoy considerable expertise in such matters, so I am confident you can help.

The bible is a LAW, if you cannot be subject to the law, then quit being a christian so as to be justified in your sexuality. If you are gay in a country like Nigeria where homosexuality is against the law. It means you will be purnished by THE LAW if you are caught. Without being hypocitical or judgemental, your arguement using this scripture does not in any way excuse anyone from continuing in a lifestyle that God frowns at.
If anything, it further confirms that such a lifestyle should be stopped by the help of the Holy Spirit.
As long as homosexuality can be identified as sin, which you have righty done, by the verse you quoted, and also identified in other verses in the scripture (ROM 1:26-28: "For this reason God gave them up to vile passion. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of woman burned in their lust for one another, men with men commiting what is shameful and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due".) I did not put this verse by myself, it's in the HOLY BOOK for all who wants to see it, and definitely this is not in the old testament, but the dispensation of grace.
If homosexuality is still regarded as sin in the new testament as we have seen in this verse, it therefore means that unlike other things that were mentioned in levicticus you qouted, God's view concerning homosexuality, and other sins in the new testament like drunkeness, fornication, slander, uncleaness, anger e.t.c has not changed.
His view is that they are to be repented of and stopped, by the help of the Holy Spirit, which resides in any true believer in Christ. This is the true meaning of grace ( I can do "all" things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil 4:13)
For me Homosexuality is not the unforgivable sin, as many people think; this is a weapon the devil uses to keep God's people in bondage, so that they keep living in rebellion to God- "afterall God is not going to forgive me".

All those passages you quoted were principles to be substantiated in Christ at the fullness of time which was more than 2000 years ago.
Finally, any word in the Old Testament that God re-states in the New Testament is of eternal consequence. Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 and 1 Timothy 1:9-10 condemned homosexuality and lesbianism. For it to appear these number of times in the New Testament shows God is determined to send all lesbians and homosexuals and all other sinners to hell EXCEPT they repent and accept Jesus.

please! please! and please....!!! The Bible clearly states that homosexuality is an abominable act. So is lying, cheating, fornication, adultery, etc are all sins; so if i fornicate and decide to make it a lifestyle doesn't make it right. A sin is a sin. and you'll get punished for it. So dis gay people should hide their faces. Cuz its just like saying am a proud THIEF
