In total, he housed 72 families to repay them for their kindness towards him while he was growing up. He's also giving villas costing about £4m pounds to another 18 families who were particularly kind to him. In addition, elderly and low paid residents will also be given three meals a day for free.
According to reports, five years ago, the
place was run down with muddy roads, but now that he's making millions
from the steel industry, he decided to repay the favour his neighbours
showed him. Xiong Shihua said he could afford the project because he had
earned more money than he knew what to do with.

see better person. may God bless him.
ReplyDeleteam surprised am the first person to post a comment. now this is what u call kindness. real and effective. only wish people who have money ( talking Legal money) would realize that wealth was given to them by God and not a function of their work, coz there are many people working hard, legally and all but will never get rich. as for those with ill gotten wealth, expecting such an act of kindness is like expecting manna from heaven.
ReplyDeletewow!
ReplyDeleteForget about the government... If only the rich & wealthy individual in 9ja can do this mhen. 9ja will be a better place oooh

ReplyDeleteMay God bless him more, so that he can do more. This man has amassed divine blessings with this singular act. This Saraka is one that all his generations will enjoy forever. These families will keep praying for him, their intercessions will be unending. ReplyDeleteLINDA...THANKS FOR SHARING THIS POST. i HOPE YOU (LINDA) CAN LEARN FROM THIS. YOUR RANGE ROVER WILL BE ENOUGH TO HOUSE WIDOWS WITH CHILDREN OR SINGLE MOMS IN POVERTY...
ReplyDeleteThis what we called kindhearted man: no people like;Dangote, Otedola, Babangida, Abacha, Alakija, Rabiu-family and other greedy oligarchy, who kept stealing from the poor and never give back. Shame on you.greedy bastards . Linda post my comment or I say you are one those greedy bastards.

ReplyDeleteHope our Nigerian billionaires / millionaires will take a cue and become benevolent towards the needy and down trodden.
Having money in our clime has become a licence to oppress, intimidate and even kill.
Hmmmmmm.how thoughtful of him
ReplyDeleteMy dream
ReplyDeletePastors, politicians can u see this?
ReplyDeleteLet’s emulate good things.
Someone can afford to buy N80m vehicle, when most people can’t afford 3 meals a day.
Now that is what you call rich! Not all these people in our country, who say they are rich but can't even give scholarships to the underprivileged!
ReplyDeleteMay God bless this man.He has such a good heart!Hope the very rich in our society will learn from this...
ReplyDeleteAnd Nigerian pastors are buying private Jets.

ReplyDeleteWow Linda,i wsh u could do the same, the cost of ur suv + all ur luxury clothes, shoes n bags could do this
ReplyDeleteNobody can do this in Nigeria ,, they would rather chop all the money rather than help the poor. Even the people that helped them when they were nobody won't fit into their class anymore.
ReplyDeleteThis is what money is meant for ..... Impacting people around you positively ......... Nigerians ....... Stop using your money to MARRY many WIVES ......
ReplyDeleteOur rich people should take a lesson from this. Take care of motherless babies instead of spending 80million on a jeep for "God's glory". Think WWJD
ReplyDeleteShey Nigerian business moguls are seeing what their mates are doing?? They are there living selfish lives! Mtchewww
ReplyDelete“We are not rich by what we possess but by what we can do with it.” I really hope all those people who get on Forbes magazine can learn from this story.
ReplyDeleteMay you and all your descendants never know lack in Jesus Name!!!! You wealth will never run dry!
ReplyDeleteThis man may not even be as rich as Dangote or Alakija but see what he has done. Nigerian world richest people shame on you and your illegal wealth, fools...

ReplyDeleteVery good...Pls God help me to help others too. Amen!
ReplyDeleteMay God continue to bless him
ReplyDeleteOh,Nigerians una dey see, na Pastor go buy car of 80m, ask him what he has done for his community, zero. Dangote is d richest man in Africa, am not sure if he has a any charity organization, so many pastors are buying private jets, politicians are busy looting, buying houses in UK and US. Yet we are forgeting that there are millions of Nigerians who cannot afford daily meals. What has anyone done to better their lives?
ReplyDeleteThat's really nice of him..I luv people with kind heart
ReplyDeleteThis is really good!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful man
ReplyDeleteThis is it,such things will never happen in Nigeria or Africa.....we are stupid and greedy people .... Linda will think if he is using iphone 6 why should everyone else use it...Dbanl will buy 10 houses when he can not sleep in 2 at a time and obasanjo or atiku will have 300 cars when someone has nothing......light,water and basic good things of life are luxury in my country....If you like have 10 degree,no work till you know somebody.....Most of us leaving fine on our own is either involved in drug or yahoo when nobody cares...people loot money that they can finish in 100 years and we think its okay.....this country sucks,i wish we could just start by making a law that recommends death once you have stolen up to a million......its sad,we are too selfish as a people
ReplyDeleteMay God reward him beautifully
ReplyDeleteANGELS WALK AMONGST US...THERE IS HOPE FOR MANKIND AFTER ALL!

ReplyDeleteGod bless you more my brother. Valentinechisom7@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteYou see good people..He is not one of d richest men in d world oh,yet he has given so much to his pple...But our dear rich men nd women making forbes list in nigeria wuld rather circulate dir money amongst dir greedy selves nd dir family nd poor pple r dying every day...Jonathan d money u used to buy stove frm s.a y not use dat nd other many others in yr possession to build free homes for pple in ur country...Dangote,alison madueke,Madam Folurunsho abi na wetin be dt her name sef nd co...una dey see as gud hearted pple r spending dir money? All d money u all r making has no meaning as long as it cannot buy or make life, bcos if God say its time all ur wealth wiĺl divided by ur family who definitely wnt make good use of it bcos awoof money no dey ever get head...Spend ur money on good course like dis nd heaven will be ur home wen u die...let there be love...Happy thanksgiving my people here in yanki nd yonda....Hv so much to be thnkful for...Its been u oh God..
ReplyDeleteThat is given back the law of give and take. May the peace of God walk with him>
ReplyDeletelike seriously, this is really a heart of Gold.

ReplyDeleteGod bless him
ReplyDeleteawesome
ReplyDeleteGood...
ReplyDeleteNigerians can you see?? All those who were "gifted" oil blocks and keeping the money to themselves with more money than even their great grandchildren can spend! 90 families today are praying for this man and his family. Their children and grandchildren willl continue to remember him and his generosity and they will in turn do good deeds for others who would then also do good for even more people..can you see how this acts of kindness business works? But no they will be using to buy rolls royce, Bentley and bugatti to be driving on Lagos roads. I weep for Africa
ReplyDeleteA good man, with a good heart.....
ReplyDeleteKind hearted man, don't believe such a man is still existing in this world. Unlike our ye ye pple here that r using #1bn to build stupid political complex.
