Oh dear, what did actress Renee Zellweger do to her face?

Former Hollywood it girl Renee Zellweger, 45, looks like a different woman these days. The actress, who is rarely seen in public, stepped out last night at the 21st annual Elle Women in Hollywood awards, and her new look got everyone talking (Renee pictured left last night - right a few years ago).

Renee, who hasn't featured in a movie since 2010, has obviously had work done on her face...making her unrecognizable. See more photos after the cut...

    What Renee does is her business. It looks nice, but in my opinion she looks just that, another nice looking face. Her former face was unique. This one may very well just get lost in the crowd. And to me this is what happened to the actress that starred in Dirty Dancing.
