Former Deputy Senate President, Wash Pam, dies at 73

Senator Wash Pam, a former Deputy Senate President has passed on. He died today May 1st at the National Hospital Abuja after a long battle with prostrate cancer.

The elder-statesman from Plateau state served as Deputy Senate President under Joseph Wayas from 1979 to 1983. He was survived by two wives and 18 children. May his soul rest in peace Amen.

  13. i dont usually comment on blogs but people's response to an elder stateman's death contnue to amaze me.This man is some body's father and cancer is a disease that makes not only the patient suffer but all the family members suffer as well.This people have been hit by the death of their loved father,all you can show them is love and if you canno do that,just keep quiet.If you have evr had a close family member or friend suffer cancer,you will never put up insensitive and heartless post up when you see such posts.Please people,fear God.
