To all of u wondering what else GEJ shud, lets take a go on it: first, he should install a southern, preferably of igbo origin, there as military administrator cos other tribes may not have the steadiness and initiative needed for such job. Secondly, he should let military intelligence and sss undergo training to think and behave like the locals, and meld with locals in order to gather intelligence on BH operation, and where they retreat to, who is sponsoring them and who is not. while this goes on, the uniformed military should, acting on the intel, intensify attack and counter attack on them until they finish them off. Agreement also should be pursued with neighbouring countries to let our military hv incursion into their territory when the BH flees there, and for corporation in intel gathering.
