Yes but she is also facing criminal charges for bankrupting Thailand through her infamous rice scheme (her government bought rice at artificially high prices from Thai farmers which it could not sell internationally and it bought Thailand to the brink of financial bankruptcy). She should be thankful that she is still free cos prison is not faraway
