Hon. Salisu Zakari Ningi, (in white) a member representing Ningi/Warji Federal Constituency in Bauchi State is seen with a group of political thugs known as Sara-suka, to brandish weapons during a rally to welcome the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, to his hometown last Friday.
