Photos: Emir of Kano cradles his new grandchild

Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi Lamido's grandchild was born on Friday, December 23, same day he gave out his daughter Princess Fulani Sidikka out in marriage.

Princess Shaheeda and her husband Abdulkadir Baba-Ahmed welcomed their first child, a daughter almost a year after their grand wedding. Congrats to the couple.

    Congratulations Shehida..I call her iyaibeji,lol. Strong woman, she participated in all the events and still made-up for the wedding fathia not knowing she would end up at the hospital to bring forth the first grandchild,another cute princess*wink*..may Allah's blessing overflow in your life.
