Watch: Italian coast guard rescues over 4000 African migrants from rubber boats in the Mediteranean

The Italian coast guard said on Wednesday rescued over 4,000 migrants from the Strait of Sicilly over the course of 17 rescue operations. This video shows a rescue operation in which 371 migrants were rescued from three rubber dingies on Tuesday April...
