Push ups won't do anything love...It's lazy people's exercise. Jump on the treadmill or better still do some serious running outdoors ..then u will know how far. I am a fitness freak and i know what am talking about. You can catch me on my blog.
No, You do NOT know what u speak of Ms fitness freak pls go back and educate yourself. Push up done in right is a great exercise targeting various muscle parts, there's more to training than cardio'ing'
