Ambode is a bundle of creativity, intelligence and honesty- Tinubu

Bola Tinubu has described Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode as a bundle of creativity, intelligence and honesty. Tinubu said this at the commissioning of new transportation buses in Lagos today November 12th. In his speech Tinubu recalled how Ambode provided solutions to the financial crisis which engulfed the state during his tenure between 1999 and 2007 when the then Federal Government seized the monthly allocation of Lagos for 23 months.

He said as Accountant General of Lagos State, Ambode, along with others, provided solutions to the quagmire and lifted the State out of financial crisis.
"He (Ambode) never gave excuses; he was always ready with solutions. He is a bundle of creativity, intelligence and honesty in governance. When we were thinking of whom to succeed Babatunde Raji Fashola as Lagos State Governor, Ambode himself never thought about it; we sought him out and I'm proud to be a grandfather."he said

  21. I don't live in 9Ja, but Ambode better start showing he has something to offer the state. All I've ever heard or read about him portrays him more like an unworthy vision-less leader.
The past matters but it's what you make of now and the future that is way more important to Lagosians. God bless 9ja.

  22. Lolololololololololololololol! No comment

  23. Dear Tinubu, he may be all that to you but not to Lagosians. He is big waste of that position as well as the portfolio. Lagos was good during your time and got even better during Fashola's time. Lagos is really bad now. Voting Ambode was a mistake.

  31. Abeg Tinubu go and rest joor. Damage controller. I didn't see you singing Fashola's praises like this. Hypocrite. Ambode is a disaster except he humbles himself and asks BRF for guidance.

  32. Mr tinubu you are just doing your job as his Godfather buh that dosnt mean he is doing anything right.Ambode shld work more and talk less.we hvnt seen anything he has or is doing yet.i still respect our ex-governor Babatunde Fashola.Ambode is just decorating the Governor's seat period!!

  37. Ambode was a wrong choice. Simple and short!

    ReplyDelete
  38. This is one man's opinion. Clearly he has started delivering for his godfather. His godfather is not Lagos or Lagosians collectively. As far as we Lagosians are concerned 'Ambo-kode'. He is drifting somewhere out there on the high seas. News out is that he is not about to berth anytime soon!

  39. Did you make excuses for Fashola? Fashola is the only politician that everybody agrees with and everybody acknowledges that he worked. All tribes . Both home and abroad. So what are we talking about??

    ReplyDelete
  40. I believe he is oooo. That's why Lagosians voted him in

    ReplyDelete
  41. Tinubu is kidding right mtewwwww!!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Whatever Baba Tinubu, he's on the seat now and failing woefully by all accounts. You forced him down our throats and you couldn't even select someone competent. Hopefully In 4 years he'll be gone

    ReplyDelete
  43. Nice try Tinubu. Nice attempt at damage control.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Abeg make u hear word Mtshew

    ReplyDelete
  45. Why won't he be? When it was alleged that he transferred full state allocation to you without recourse to the then state governor!!!! He is your stooge so he must be a genius by your standard. Imao, kikiki is laugh in Spanish.

  46. E remain make dem advertise on DSTV! In case, both Tinubu and Ambode were spiritually absent from Lagos for the last 8 years, someone who cares about them should let them know that we Lagosians only appreciate action, action that impacts lives, action that can move Lagos forward... All una campaign and advertisement na noise, annoying noise.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I really do hope and pray fervently that all these praises transforms into several greater more reasons for everyone to join in the praises and extolments. I guess we are all ready and interested to watch as Ambo tries to outdo Fash and garner more accolades than the later.

    * Lindodo, am begining to feel that this prove you're not a robot thingy is going to be
permanent as planned cos I noticed the images are improving as it's no more Street
signs, mountains, lakes, eggs, waffles, anymore. televisions, Furnitures etc have been
    added to this traumatic experience.

  48. Why won't he praise him after collecting his monthly allowance

    ReplyDelete
  49. Nothing is hidden , everybody understands what is going on and Why the praises are happening.Ambode is cooperating well. ikorodu BRT was completed by Fashola, at least he should have mentioned Fashola as the one who completed that project which started in 2013, if so much noise is made because of a project that isn't his, then we are in for a rough ride.
