why would there not be flood when people always wait for the government to do everything for them. we know that people lack maintenance culture in this Country. I was coming back from warri yesterday, mehn you need to see that city when it rains, Imagine people depositing refuse on roads, where these utilities are not provided by the government the people start to act like pigs. I'm not saying warri is the only place with refuse issue, there are places that are worse. If people would stop turning Drainage and gutters to refuse dumps, then when it rains, water would have channels to flow through. Keep your Environment Clean ... not everything is for government.
They will never listen.how many times have they warn them to vacate that area? Landlords will share rice for them they will stay back.even the bridge is flooded not to talk of the houses
River Kaduna is so full, it's touching the bridge now. As at this evening when I passed, some abokis were swimming in the part close to the flooded farms near it.
