    I see a man that's not knowledgeable on the risk he is putting his family. I see a man who will drive his motorcycle with caution because he has his family on board. I see a father who loves his daughters. I don't see a man of tribe or an idiot. As for the policeman he can only caution the man and tell him to be careful but why stop a man from enjoying time with his family.
