Photo of the pilot and co-pilot that died in the Lagos helicopter crash

Captain Joseph Wyatt  (left) from Oklahoma, USA and First Officer Peter Bello (right), were the pilot and co-pilot of the Bristow Helicopter that crashed yesterday. Both men died. According to a statement signed by Bristow’s Regional Director Africa, Duncan Moore, ​Captain Wyatt, joined the company in 2006 and has spent his entire career flying with Bristow Helicopters out of Africa.

Peter Bello joined Bristow in 2014 after graduating from the company’s Academy’s helicopter flight school. May their souls rest in peace, amen.

    I know death is inevitable to all ,but the question why dis young men and why now? well God knows why it happened. All just be informed that the world of oil and Gas is life or death. i have witnessed a tug boat wrecked (sunk in my open eyes and souls where inside so i called for rescue but after couple of days of search, only one found alive the rest died . i personaaly know this pilot as one very intelligent and smart dedicated to his duties always and soukl encouraging. But may God give there parents the hart to bear the loss in jesus name,amen.

    is it only ugly pipo that should die. i dont seem to understand the sentiments about their looks of freshness. the flesh is immaterial in death. plus death comes in various forms to variety of pipo every second of everyday. We hope they lived good lives. We pray for their souls to be accepted by God.
