Solomon Arase confirmed as substantive IGP

Acting Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase has been confirmed as the substantive Inspector of General of Police by the Police council today May 12th. He was appointed in acting capacity after the immediate past IGP, Suleiman Abba was relieved of his duty by President Jonathan on April 21st. He is pictured above after his confirmation.
