3:15 As he stood there he realized just how lonely the road was. There seemed to be nothing for miles except a long Road with thick bushes on either side. He had been so sure this was a short cut he had used once before. But now........he wasn't so sure. There was nothing familiar about the road. He had realized that after ten minutes of driving through what seemed like an endless stretch of road. There was something creepy about this place. The fact that he couldn't hear ANYTHING,(not even the sounds of crickets)made him uneasy. He rubbed the back of his arms as more chill went through him. And that was another thing. It wasn't supposed to be this cold this time of year. Everything about this road felt wrong; The deathly silence, the cold and a sudden weird feeling he had that they were not alone. The only comforting thing were the street lights that stood silently in the chill, casting their glare down upon the road.
He nervously glanced at his watch. Odd.He thought. His watch had stopped at 3:15am.continue reading
When your child is kidnapped, you will understand why it was important he wanted you to call the mom. ÃŒt was not wrong to ask for your papers and he was not wrong to find out who truly owns the baby. I guess it's your mind that is corrupt.

The Police officer was only trying to assure himself that the child was not kidnapped. It is imperative for parents to possess proof of paternity or maternity of children. Nigeria is not safe.LOL just kidding

After seeing or hearing from d mother, d policeman will ask for d son's grandmother, school's proprietor/HM, d class teacher and then d school's security man. Mtschheeewww. Awon eni ti ebi n pa.
They are always there with funny characters! They have all strategies.I do pity then sometimes anyway with the way the sun shines on their head, wearing black attires still. So you can imagine. It is well. You can assist them with cash sometimes (if u have. Eph 6:18. @Bishop_Dammy
Strategy just to get the man to bribe him. So if the child wasn't d man's child, he could have easily bribed d policeman and case closed! God help naija.
Dirty Cops. Dude should have settled the Dirty cop with 20 or 50 naira to cut the shit short n u can bet or ass that the Dirty Cop will accept the currency.
he was disappointed wen he found out ur papers were complete,he decided to use another means to know if he would get some cash frm u.but finally na one chance he enter.
Hahaha that was how a policeman stopped our driver and asked the particulars to his car.when the driver provided them all,to our chagrin the policemen said he should provide the original hahaha

Dirty Cops. Dude should have settled the Dirty cop with 20 or 50 naira to cut the shit short n u can bet or ass that the Dirty Cop will accept the currency. BT how old is the lil kid cos the Dirty Cop may be doing his lawful job despite being Dirty.
Useless men of Nigeria police why didn't he go and face those robbers that robbed fcmb in lekki yesterday, that was how one wanted to take me to station because he saw Rihanna's picture on my BB..... Lol, foolish people.
Lol this stuff has happened to me before, mine was some years ago. Almost like my story,my dad is fair and I'm chocolate lol. That day I was even sleeping inside the car on our way back to Abuja, I was forced to wake up wash my face with water and Identify him as my dad.
What the policeman did isn't bad, assuming someone abducted this man child and the police arrested the person as he did to him I'm sure he would be praising police force right now. We need to check the way reason sometimes. He should encourage the policeman to more of that
Kiki how far??? You just dey come abi u dey with us ??? Thank your God say Police no take Igboo. You for see stars first. Then you go call your pikin mama.
Shit happened to me a few months back. Seriously though, if you think about it carefully, you may see some merit in their action. My baby was crying non-stop, and they wanted to be sure he was not kidnapped!
Policemen in Nigeria are the dumbest set of fools av seen around, imagine 1 in Benin city after checking my papers and my booth asked me who was the owner of the cloths in my car and whether they were new or old, as if that was not stupid enough he still went ahead to ask me what I was doing with a set of new padlocks I had in the car that I intended locking the house gate with. I just couldn't believe the kind of questions the guy was asking.
I think he's doing the right thing. Because of what has been happening about children kidnapping. It might be a kidnapped child, and it might be your child. Is just the way Nigerian Police approach situations, their intimidations and their issue of bribery. Sometimes they know what they are doing.
D policeman did a very good psycological work. How will he know if d child is not kidnapped. Most of our police officers are very intellegent but d bad ones makes all of them looks poor in thinking
So the people who seem to see reason in what the policeman did, Can you kindly explain whether he knows the voice of the mother of the child to verify that the man is actually the child's father? Or if his motives were actually genuine and pure, why did he release both man and child without the verification of the mother?? Please if you want to reason, abeg reason am FULL....
