Bayelsa women who perished in motor accident to be given mass burial

The 11 Bayelsa women who perished in a vehicle accident on Saturday Feb. 14th after a visit to First Lady, Patience Jonathan in Ahoada, Rivers state will be given mass burial. According to Sahara Reporters, the decision to give them a mass burial was reached after pathologists told family members that standard test carried out on the charred remains of the women would take up to 6weeks to ascertain their true identities, a time the family members said was too long to wait.

Mr Mathew Utolor, husband of one of the victims and a member of staff of the State Broadcasting Corporation, said he could not believe it when he couldn't identify his wife from the charred remains of the accident victims. “I could not believe that I could not identify my wife," he said.

  30. Aboki whenever I see your comment I laugh, ponder and wonder. Is it that your life will remain same till dec this year for linda's giveaway? Mind you that most people here b4 you started existing are just having fun and not for the money. Eg, bona even though he won again, hilary obiora now ary who got bb passport, bonita's bin here and still here, alloy chikezie didn't win a thing and still here, williminna moses didn't win either but still make our day...etc! Where do I start from? What are you fighting for? Don't you have a job orr future other than waiting for giveaway? Even onyx is better than you. Behave your stupid self and stop displaying your poverty and low mentality. Gosh! Hungry lion

  51. #smh - most accidents in Nigeria are caused by Bad road. Because of Election Soldiers have entered Sambisa Forest, They are fast tracking 2m jobs for youths, Okojo Iweala finally agrees there is corruption but said we don't have the structure to prevent it (I guess she means we should let corruption be like she and her party headed by GEJ has let it be for over half a decade). IF NIGERIA DOESN'T KILL CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION WILL KILL NIGERIA. VOTE BUHARI!!!
