I like how user-friendly it is. For my dad and mum to be able to navigate theirs, that's a feat on its own!!lol.
I also love how it makes my life generally easier. I practically work with mine and in all honesty, I prefer to work with it than my Laptop. I notice I could type with my BlackBerry with closed eyes, but am not that fast on my laptop.

BBM and whatsapp on bb does keep records of conversation if its deleted and also when you subscribe on blackberry, it takes you one month for the subscription to finish unlike other android phones which subscription can use a week.
