I say it may not be news because they are random folks. I just happened to see this tweet and thought it was so sweet that they found love at such an early age...but then...lol...I saw people's response to the tweet and laughed.     Am a nigerian but lives in US. I got married at 19 and my husband was 22 then..my husband made money at young age and loved me so much ..so my parents supported us to marry and we have been married for 10 years and still married.and happy with two beautiful boys.
