Photos: GEJ commissions a portion of Benin-Ore road

President Jonathan was in Benin, Edo state yesterday where he commissioned the Benin-Ofosu dual carriage road, a portion of the Benin-Ore expressway in Edo state. He also paid a courtesy call to the Oba of Benin and welcomed a former chieftain of the APC, Chief Tom Ikimi into the PDP. See the photos after the cut...

    1. Long live the king, Nigerian politicians!! They speak from both sides of their mouths,I remember tom Ikimi saying that he didn't leave APC because he wanted to defect to PDP and not notbecause he lost the APC national chairmanship, what is he doing now? So isn't he what Tinubu says he is?

  29. Nonsense.. They should stop commissioning roads. They do something as little as repairing roads they commission it, they build two blocks in a primary school, they commission it. This country needs good leaders, not leaders who don't do quarter of what they should do in office and feel they deserve a pat on the back for it.

It has been a while i have seen such a congregation of high profile thieves, and it is amazing the y still walk freely. Meanwhile Nigerians are dying on a daily basis. Nigerians save thyselves.

    1. Why won't Nigerians be dying on daily basis when your tribesmen are specialist in embezzling public fund and bankrupting viable institutions. The good news is that GEJ is working hard to remedy the situation. So don't ever think you can cajole people to vote in your greedy relatives.

  57. Because Jonathan was in Benin, the Benin airspace was closed. We circled the air for close to an hour before we were allowed to land. There were 2 other planes in that same situation. Our lives were endangered because Jonathan decided to have a rally in Benin. I would curse him but I won't because the curses on him are enough already. How are we going to deliver ourselves from these people ????
