The undated pic above shows former US president Bill Clinton, National Leader of the APC, Bola Tinubu, Lagos state governor Babatunde Fashola and Ogun state governor Ibikunle Amosun clapping for President Jonathan. It's definitely not recent...imagine this happening now...lol.

  35. This picture was taken when Bill Clinton came to commission the Eko Atlantic City been built by the government of Governor Tunde Fashola and not GEJ. So there was nothing wrong in clapping for the president who was getting up to go make a speech when this picture was taken. I challenged Reno Omokri on his twitter timeline today when he posted this picture with the caption, "Clapping for an achiever". But what did Reno do when I drew his attention to when and where the picture was taken, he deleted my comment and blocked me.

Imagine the type of politics we play in Nigeria. Low life politicking. Politics not based on issues and morality but politics based on hood winking the gullible and unfortunately, a greater number of Nigerians are ignorant and gullible.

I am apolitical but believe we must play politics based on principle and truth not what I see us do here in nigeria. I wonder when Nigerians will grow up.

  52. This is Nigerian politician, they can clap, hug, praise and later kill themselves on media! shit happens.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Yes it was during the launch of Eko Atlantic City.

Even then, the clap wasn't real - just a formality. There's honestly nothing to cheer about Jonathan. He's failure & incompetence personified.

    ReplyDelete
  54. It can still happen. Politicians do not have the word "permanent" in their dictionary. Instead it's the word "interest" they have on all the pages.
