Here's the pic & name of the man who slumped and died yesterday at MMIA
He is Mr Peter Leslie Carter, the deputy British High Commissioner to Nigeria. He slumped and died yesterday as he landed at the Murtala Mohammed Airport yesterday evening. Read story here
ANGELRAY SAYS I hope this is not another ebola case, if not y would he slump and die at the airport, plz this man should be checked for ebola. i no fit shout.
U are rily daft o! Wot sort of comment is dis?? Is it deir doing? Like dey plan to die wen dey get to Nigeria? OMG! We will all die someday and u never knw where or wen u mite die.. think before u talk.
It's so sad he died cos he would have survived if he got attention. He was abandoned by Port-health and his protocol officer that offered to help him when he requested for oxygen, wasn't allowed to touch him cos of the fear of Ebola. It was actually an attack. when it started, his ventolin was thrown to him n he was stable for a while after which he requested for oxygen. A young lady in d crowd was shouting " pls press him down" but no one was allowed to move close to him. May his soul RIP
he has heard soo much bad news about naija his poor heart couldn't handle it so he slumped n died as soon as his feet touched the Nigerian soil.... chai... rest in peace mate

Someone may have prayed the fall down and die prayer point for this man... All the unapproved visa applications...... May God rest his soul and give his family the fortitude to bear their loss.......amen

If the story 9:47 posted is true, the airport could have opened itself up to a lawsuit. Anybody could sue for pain and suffering after being forced to witness the preventable death of a man. RIP to the poor guy.
The useless reception at the airport is enough to make one slump n die. imagine after going through so much stress from the flight they squeeze us and tell us to start filling Ebola form. FAAN is just useless tbh.
Very sad loss. Mr Carter was a very pleasant and amiable gentleman.I had the opportunity to meet him a few times and one could tell he had much love for Nigeria. RIP Peter.
After Patrick Sawyer and his evil co-conspirators brought a deadly virus to Nigeria in the name of diplomat, and another "diplomat" took the virus to Port Harcourt, no one single diplomat should be trusted again. May his soul rest in peace.
that is why Africans will continue to be stupid and the white people treat you like shit......imagine what some of u goats are saying here.....how can porthealth abandon a patient in crisis cos of ebola? so any emergency now is ebola? stupid people yet u go to their country and expect them to treat u well
My boss. Rip
